2018 southern Africa MDI program, 2-8 September 2018

Thank you for your expression of interest in the Management Development Institute (MDI) for Health Care Organizations, an intensive one-week in-residence training program designed to enhance the leadership and management skills of program managers and leaders of sub-Saharan African organizations, governmental and non-governmental, which are devoted to delivering health care services to underserved populations. The program is funded by Johnson & Johnson, one of the most admired companies in the world today. Scholarships that cover all costs (tuition, meals and accommodation) with the exception of travel costs are available to successful candidates.

The 2018 MDI southern African programme will run from 2 to 8 September 2018. Click here to download the 2018 application form. The application deadline is 15 June, 2018. Find attached the programme brochure which I encourage you to share with other professionals. To increase likelihood of a successful application, early application submission by a team comprising a minimum of 3 managers with a shared improvement goal is strongly recommended. The ideal team size is between 4 and 6 managers.
